The kitchen sticks to everyday North Indian and Punjabi cooking: breakfast parathas and kulchas such as Aloo Parantha and Amritsari Nutri Kulcha, a Chatori Gali chaat counter with Pani Puri and Samosa Chaat, Indo-Chinese plates like Chilli Paneer, Punjabi mains such as Dal Makhani, and Indian sweets to finish. Every single item on the menu is vegetarian.
Cornerstone is still filling in its shops and restaurants, so a dedicated pure vegetarian Indian cafe gives nearby residents somewhere close to home for chaat, snacks and homestyle meals instead of a drive across the city. We are quick to reach from the surrounding NE communities by way of Stoney Trail NE, and within walking distance for much of Cornerstone.
